What is this delightful confection? It's called a Peach, and I got it at the Italian pastry shop near my house called "La Dolce Vita". The sides are a sort of cake flavoured with strawberry, and it's filled with vanilla pastry cream (the sides are partially hollow). Boy, I tell you, it was tasty.
